Kevin Mafumbo (born 23 December 1989) is an Kenyan director, screenwriter, and actor with more than 5 film titles and over 150 episodes of scripted TV drama under his cap. He has written and co-written 3 feature films and over 30 episodes of TV serials. He is best known for his comedic films Mganga Bomba, Box ya Dough, Anything for the money and The Kidnap, as well as TV serials Santalal, The Office, Boda Boda, and Siri. Having studied Film at the prestigious Kenyatta University, Kevin was quick to get into the film industry starting out as a Production Assistant on "Dramas of Life" a series that aired on NTV Kenya. He went on to become an Assistant Director for several projects and soon after launched his directing career on the critically acclaimed series "Santalal" that aired on Citizen TV, Kenya. His ability to transition smoothly between feature films and TV serials, bringing his brilliance in execution and technique to different formats and genres has set him among the brightest in the industry. His acting career has not been lustrous but he has featured in projects such as The Commandments, Selina and Nafsi among others.
